SHIPPING METHODS:

Bedrock Fossils offers USPS Priority Mail for items weighing less than 3 lbs. and FedEx Ground service for all other items (insurance is available upon request). Expedited FedEx delivery is available upon request. You will be notified of the additional shipping charges prior to shipment for your approval and payment. No COD shipments. Normally packages are shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending upon location. Items are shipped from Fullerton, CA

To all our Alaska, Canada and Hawaii customers: you will be notified of any shipping charges that are applicable prior to processing your order for customer approval.

PAYMENT:

Bedrock Fossils accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. For customers placing orders by credit card the billing and shipping address must match the cardholder information that is verified through the Yahoo! Store credit card processor, Paymentech. Personal checks are accepted, we will hold your order until your check has cleared, which is normally 10 business days. Money Orders are accepted and your order will ship within 5-7 working days.
